We responded to the research showing a clear association between clean and healthy indoor air and improved student performance. Carbon dioxide monitors installed in all classrooms help us to provide optimum indoor air quality keeping our students alert through their lessons.
Indoor comfort and air quality includes parameters like temperature odor high or low levels of gases. Since CO2 is exhaled by people at predictable levels the content of Carbon Dioxide in the indoor air can be used as a significant indication of the air quality.
- Fresh air supply, or make-up air, correspondents to the level of CO2:
- 15 cfm ventilation rate per occupant corresponds to 1000 ppm CO2
- 20 cfm ventilation rate per occupant corresponds to 800 ppm CO2
